Our Analyst program (for Business Analysts, Fellows, and, in some countries, Corporate Performance Center  (CPC) Analysts ) provides recent college or first-degree graduates and, occasionally, holders of advanced or second degrees, with two or three years of McKinsey on-the-job learning opportunities and formal training. You stretch yourself further, faster   From the outset, you work closely with senior client executives and McKinsey colleagues from around the world on problems and issues that are direction-setting and mission-critical. As an active member of a client service team, you will have responsibility early on in your career for a distinct area of each project and are expected to contribute to the team's final recommendations.
