McKinsey’s Corporate Finance Practice aspires to be an architect of long-term value for our clients by helping to develop and execute corporate strategies and initiate and shape value creating transactions. From our vast experience in a range of industries and geographies, we glean insights on how companies create value, and we leverage our unique combination of strategic, financial, and transaction expertise in our work with clients. McKinsey’s Corporate Finance Practice comprises over 300 dedicated consultants operating out of most of our major offices worldwide
