Opportunities
Depending on your work experience and background, you may join us in one of the following roles.
Summer Associate
You will be in your first year of Business School and considering a 10-12 week summer internship before your final year. Each year, CF gives a restricted number of MBA students the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of consulting. You will operate as an integral part of a McKinsey team and receive coaching and support from more senior consultants. Most Summer Associates will be invited to return to McKinsey as permanent consultants upon graduation, and many interesting careers have thus begun with a summer internship.
Analyst
You will have just completed an undergraduate, master's or postgraduate degree and will have a clear interest in a broad range of business, strategy and finance topics. You should demonstrate an understanding of the basic principles of corporate finance, plus the analytical and social potential we expect from every McKinsey candidate.
PLEASE NOTE that some CF locations do not currently recruit at Business Analyst level, so please check with the appropriate local recruiting contact.

Specialist
You will be an experienced professional with 4-10 years of relevant experience, which may be purely academic or may be a more specialized expertise in accountancy or applied finance.
