Recruiting process   If your application is successful, you will be invited to a first round of case study interviews with McKinsey consultants. You may be asked to sit a numeracy test at this stage. If successful, you will be invited to a final round of case study interviews held on a Europe-wide basis for European candidates and locally if you are located in North America, Asia or Latin America.
